For Plate No. 6, create a pattern and use a particular color harmony for its colors.

For example, this first one is a pattern with a TRIADIC Color Harmony, using red, yellow and blue.

Your design need not be too complicated.
Even if you just use the Shape Tools in Photoshop, you can already create a good design.
For example, this design is made up of just squares / triangles.

What kind of patterns will you make?
Whatever you want.
But there should be:
1) a repetition of elements
2) usage of a particular color harmony.
It can be made up of the simplest shapes and curves.
It can be geometric. It can be a mixture of animal prints.
It can be a doodle/drawing that you made by hand, scanned and colored in Photoshop.
It can be complicated with a lot of elements, shapes and figures.
Any pattern at all.
Remember, do not COPY from the internet.
You may be inspired by a work you found on the internet, but do not COPY the whole idea/artwork.
Create your own.
